Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. All memberships include an initial 6 month financial commitment. If the membership is canceled within the first initial 6 months any remaining payments will be auto billed on the next scheduled billing cycle.

  2. After the initial 6 months, membership cancellations require a 30 day notice or ONE additional billing cycle from date of cancellation.

  3. All membership payments must be enrolled in our autopayment system via debit or credit card.

  4. Trial classes are subject to a $25 fee which will be deducted from the first month membership IF the member joins the same day as the trial class.

  5. Family memberships can have another family member swap out if the current member decides to cancel.

Student Ethics Agreement

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards coaches and fellow students.

  1. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated

    1. Any class with less than two students is up to the coaches discretion to be canceled.

  2. Students are expected to practice proper hygiene before and after class

    1. Students are expected to have dry, clean attire for each session

    2. Students are expected to have trimmed nails

    3. Students should shower before and after class to avoid spread of skin diseases.

    4. Students are required to wear footwear in the bathroom at all times.

    5. No shoes on the mat, ever.

    6. Students are expected to clean up after themselves.
